Starter Home Application

Please answer the questions below to determine your eligibility to apply for one of the first 10 Starter Homes at Timber Sky. These homes are one bedroom, loft-style layouts suitable for up to three people, with the bathroom, living area, kitchen downstairs, and a loft bedroom upstairs. There will be one ADA accessible home with a bedroom downstairs.

If you qualify based on your answers to the questions below, you will be invited by email to submit a full homeowner application. The application will be emailed to you and must be returned to the ReStore by 5pm on November 27th. Paper copies of the application will also be available at the ReStore or by mail upon request. The Homeowner Selection Committee will then review applications and plan to make a final decision by May 2025. Selected families are required to complete 200 hours of work on the construction of their home.

These homes will not be available for purchase until Summer 2025 at the earliest if we meet our construction goals.

Single person household minimum income $35,000, maximum income $55,950. Double person household minimum household $40,000, maximum income $63,950 and three person household minimum income $45,000, maximum income $71,950.
