Habitat for Humanity of Northern Arizona is hosting our “Dedicate a Stud” event, and as a Timber Sky neighbor, you have a unique opportunity to leave your mark on a future home being built in your neighborhood.

Join us on April 11 anytime between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM to paint, doodle, and decorate a stud that will become part of a Habitat home. Whether you dedicate it in honor of a loved one or simply want to contribute to something meaningful, this is a chance to connect, create, and give back.

Donation ask: $100 per stud or $1000 for 20 studs

Habitat for Humanity's mission is to build a world where everyone has a decent, safe, affordable place to live. We are unique in the affordable housing sector because we support sustainable and transformative development by providing homeownership opportunities to low-income and working-poor families.

In June of 2025, Habitat partnered with the Home Blitz Builders to build the first 10 Starter Homes at Timber Sky!

With construction costs funded by people like you, Habitat builds homes, income qualifies families, and provides 0% interest home loans. This unique model offers mortgage payments that are almost always lower than rental costs. Mortgage payments are then used to build more Habitat homes, leveraging donations again and again.
